Sovereign Internal SMS Alerts - Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

The Sovereign Internal SMS Alert program is designed to notify contracted nurses, providers, and clinical staff when a secure triage message or internal communication requires their attention in the Sovereign portal.

2. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on clinical volume and triage requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3. How to Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving these internal system alerts at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from our system. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS alerts will be sent to your device. (Note: Opting out of SMS alerts does not relieve providers of their contractual duty to monitor the Sovereign portal for clinical updates).

4. How to Get Help

If you need assistance with the SMS alert system or are experiencing technical difficulties, reply HELP to any message you receive, or contact the administrative team directly at chi.o@florandme.com.

5. Supported Carriers

Our SMS gateway is supported by all major U.S. telecom carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Your participation in this internal SMS routing program is governed by our Privacy Policy. We will never share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
