Sovereign (operated by Flor) provides an internal communications and clinical triage portal strictly for the use of our employed and contracted medical staff, nurses, and providers. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and use contact information for our internal SMS alert system.
During the onboarding and credentialing process, we collect the mobile phone numbers of our internal staff and contracted medical providers to facilitate internal clinical dispatch and emergency routing.
We use your mobile phone number exclusively to send automated SMS notifications regarding pending secure clinical messages, patient triage requests, or internal staff communications within the Sovereign portal. These texts do not contain Protected Health Information (PHI).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. We do not sell, rent, or lease our internal staff contact lists to anyone.
We implement enterprise-grade security measures and comply with HIPAA guidelines to protect our internal routing systems and patient data. SMS messages are used strictly as a notification ping to prompt providers to log into our secure, encrypted web portal.
